It's been a long time, I haven't update my account
I think last I check my journal was on May 09....

My semester 2 past 3 month ago, now I'm in year 2 semester 1
I still can't believe that I'm choosing Nurse as my future...

ありえない! ありえない~!

but still keep going on being a nurse...
This semester I'll be sent to gynecology ward and labour room

I'm going to deal with mothers and 赤ちゃん???

I'll have my practical for about 2 months in Langkawi
So before going to practical,
I would like to share these pictures, since haven't posting anything for about 4 months

This week quite busy with work and assignment in ward...

1st day, LATE!!!!
I entered the ward at 8.00 a.m, in stead of that we actually had to enter the ward at 7.00 am
As  A punishment, I had to do 2 dressings and sponging ON that day
Dressing was not too difficult and the wound was quite small
Before finishing MY duty for that day, a patient asked me to off her needle for drip (branula)...
Off branula is one of procedure that I learnt, if we'll get marks if do it during practical
With all confidence, I went to off her branula...
I opened the plaster, depressed the vein, and took away the needle...

An infection larger than a boil and with several openings for discharge of pus. A carbuncle is an infection of the subcutaneous tissues involving the hair follicles. The infected material forms a lump, called mass, which occurs deep in the skin.

When you have more than one carbuncle, the condition is called carbunculosis.
carbuncle usually occur at the back of the neck, the armpits, and the buttocks.

Do you all know what is CRF/ ESRF???
CRF is cronic renal failure
ESRF is end stage renal failure
Person who at ESRF have to limit their intake of water per day,
they have drink at least less than 1liter per day...
If they drink water more than 1 liters per day it may cause enema.......
when we touch or push their skin, the skin curve &  take time to recover or back to normal is called enema...
